The Big Picture

Sometimes in life we can get caught only seeing the picture in front of us, but you must always remember the Big Picture that Heavenly Father has in store for you. At times when you feel overwhelmed just remember the big picture.

Math is not fun!

Today was the first day back to school. It's been kind of a tough day. I have these math tests that I have to take for my major. AND of course I have procrastinated as long as possible... in fact past as long as possible. I can't register for a class because I haven't taken these tests. Well I talked to my teacher today and she told me that she won't add me into the class until have at least two of the tests done. Well I already have one of the tests done, so just one more right. Well I really want to be in the class before the next class, so I have to get them done before Wednesday. For the last 4 hours I have been studying for this test. I'm not even half way done with the practice questions, and I have to keep looking stuff up. Every time I look something up on google a website comes up, and the title of the website is MATH IS FUN. Well no Mr. website people MATH IS NOT FUN!!!! In case any of you think that math is fun... your WRONG!!! DEAD WRONG!!! well now back to NOT fun math.

Yellow Trees

Everyday I drive to work I turn down this one random road, and I see yellow trees. I know you thinking oh the leaves are yellow, but no the branches of these trees are yellow. Here take a look.

I'm very perplexed by these trees. I have never see yellow trees. Never the less this road is amazing because of the yellow trees.

Change

So I'm sitting here in m old roommates living room thinking man things have changed. I always knew that change was apart of life, but it is the little changes that seem to have the biggest impact now. I remember times when I have made huge changes in my life, but as I'm sitting here thinking about things  ... I'm thinking "Man when did that change". I remember my life and how it use to be, and when did it change to what it is. Tuesday nights watching a movie or going to get ice cream was my life, but now it seems like that is just a thing of the past. When did that change? Do I want to go back? Am I happier now or then? Either way I have made a lot of little changes overtime.

7 Week Break/ Summer

Finally it is the 7 week break (up here in the Frozen Tundra that means summer). I have deiced to stay in the Frozen Tundra for this break, because first I have a job and second it the best time of the year here. During this time of year it's not really that frozen and there are a lot of fun things to do. I have a lot of plans for this break, but like all plans that I have we will see if they happen. Here are some of my plans:
- Float the River
- Take 3 math tests (I know, I know it's a break, but I have to take them now or I will have problems later. Plus I have put it off long enough)
- Drive- In Movie
- Monkey Rock (it's this really cool water fall thing I think)
- Mesa Falls
- Work on my quilt (hopefully finish it)
- Work Out
- Study for the PRAXIS (my certification test that I will be taking in the fall)

Those are just some of the things. I want to stay outside as much as possible, because it will only be warm for so long. I have already done on of the things on my list and that was go to Park City with my family and my friend Brooklynn. It was a great weekend. Here are some pictures:

It was a great weekend! It was so nice to just relax after the semester, and to hang out with the fam. We were missing on member of the family, so Amy your coming next time!
